We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at Pinnacle People Permanent. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and ensuring system compliance within CRM.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to support the HR and payroll teams. As an HR and Payroll Administrator, you will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial areas within the business, receive comprehensive training and support from the Director of People and Culture and payroll team, and engage in a variety of administration tasks that will enhance your skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in payroll processing, including preparing and managing payroll data, handling pay-related inquiries, and resolving any payroll discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure timely collections of accounts receivable and maintain effective communication with employees and management regarding payroll-related matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining HR compliance from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure system compliance within CRM and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in HR or Payroll, preferably with a strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, while demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

Pinnacle People Permanent offers a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
