In this role, you will be the backbone of our People & Culture team, providing essential support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Your day-to-day will involve working with HR systems, coordinating training, managing employee data, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will also assist in shaping a positive work environment by updating policies, supporting managers, and contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage employee data and HR platforms from onboarding to offboarding
• Draft and deliver employment contracts for electronic signing
• Assist in recruitment, including advertising roles and screening applications
• Ensure employee compliance with up-to-date clearances and documentation
• Organize training sessions and maintain training records
• Keep HR policies, procedures, and templates current and communicate updates
• Provide administrative support, including generating reports and managing calendars
• Collaborate with managers to ensure timely completion of employee tasks such as contract renewals and training deadlines

**Requirements:**

• 3+ years of experience in HR administration or recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HRIS and various CRMs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Experience with Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) is a plus
• Able to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing environments
