About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Dixon Appointments. As an HR Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the People Services and Payroll team by coordinating duties across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding of new hires and internal appointments by accurately transposing information into various systems.
  • Provide support to People Services by processing payroll forms, employment letters, contracts, and correspondence from employees.
  • Administer employee medical records and reporting with a high level of discretion.
  • Offer exceptional service and response to all general queries from employees.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance by ensuring accurate employee records within various HR Systems and platforms.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • A high level of attention to detail is essential for maintaining accuracy in employee records.
  • The ability to work across various platforms with complex manual systems and processes.
  • The capacity to multitask and determine priorities with conflicting deadlines.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Tertiary education in Human Resources or Business Administration or experience with Human Resources Information Systems is highly desirable.

Salary Estimate

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
