We are seeking a motivated and organised Graduate to join our friendly and collaborative People & Culture (P&C) team as a P&C Assistant. This is a newly created role where you will provide crucial support in various HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, onboarding and offboarding, reporting and administrative tasks.
About the OpportunityThis is a generalist role that will provide opportunities for growth and development. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with recruitment by advertising vacancies, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
- Assist in coordinating our Graduate and Vacationer recruitment and training programs.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and produce regular and ad-hoc reporting as required.
The salary for this role is estimated at AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
You will be based in our Melbourne CBD office with flexible working in line with our hybrid working policy.
This position is only open to those who hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
