Role Overview

We are seeking a Candidate Experience Associate to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract, with potential to extend. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating a positive and memorable experience for candidates across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview logistics in partnership with hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient scheduling.
  • Support candidates and hiring teams across APAC, handling arrangements for both in-person and virtual interviews.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring they have all necessary details for a seamless interview experience.
  • Partner with team members to establish consistent processes that enhance the candidate experience and uphold service standards.
  • Build collaborative relationships across the organisation to facilitate effective scheduling and communication.
  • Oversee candidate-related expenses and reimbursement in coordination with the finance team.

Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a busy HR support role, preferably at the coordinator level within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive, people-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing a high level of service.
  • Experience with workday and a tech-savvy approach to HR processes is advantageous.
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
