Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide administrative support to our HR function based in our Mount Waverley Head Office. The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR administration within a high-volume, high-pressure environment and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Administer various HR tasks throughout the employment cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, and exits;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and response;
- Assist in maintaining consistent standards across the HR team and the wider organisation;
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all internal HR queries;
- Help organise training and development programs;
- Maintain and update relevant information in our HR information system;
- Support the HR team with various ad-hoc administration requirements.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in HR administration within a high-volume, high-pressure environment;
- A confidential approach to handling sensitive documentation;
- The ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management;
- Strong Microsoft office skills and working knowledge of People Management Information Systems and Employment Contracts and/or Contractor Agreements;
- Highly organised with the initiative to coordinate multiple tasks effectively;
- A national police check.
In return for your expertise, we offer a comprehensive salary package of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
