Event Production Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Event Production Coordinator to join our team at CBRE, working with our major client – Place Making NSW. Located at The Rocks, and covering Darling Harbour, Barangaroo and White Bay Power Station precincts, you will provide key production and logistical support for all events and activations within these precincts.
As an Event Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all requirements to ensure the successful production and delivery of events/activations and installations. You will be the point of coordination between CBRE, Place Making NSW and other stakeholders in the precinct, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating and assisting in procurement of contractors, including developing staff briefs and production plans.
• Processing and managing production and event purchase orders and vendor payments.
• Ensuring all relevant departments and stakeholders are notified of events and activations to eliminate any clashes or conflicts in the precincts.
• Working closely with the Senior Event Manager to ensure the successful delivery of events and activations.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Event Production Coordinator who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also have demonstrated experience in scoping and implementing event operations and production management plans for a range of events.
