Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per annum, plus superannuation. As an employee of Apex Event Recruitment, you will also have access to opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the Role
The Event Producer will be responsible for managing and executing client events, from initial brief to post-event reporting. This role will involve leading event projects, assisting the Executive Producer with event management, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and updates
- Conducting team meetings and client WIP meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Creating and managing project timelines, budgets, and production schedules
- Coordinating with suppliers to contract relevant services and manage event logistics
- Maintaining effective budget management and ensuring that all events are delivered on time, on budget, and to the client's expectations
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience working in event management or production, preferably within a creative events agency
- Strong client management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to think creatively and contribute to idea generation for event design
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
