Job Title: Chief Diversity Officer

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Diversity Officer to join our team at Atlassian. The successful candidate will possess strong strategic acumen and an in-depth understanding of DEI principles and best practices.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to formulate and execute initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion while driving transformation. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with senior leadership, HR, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to identify gaps and integrate DEI principles into the overall business strategy, aligning it with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop business-specific strategies to enhance equity throughout the employee lifecycle, incorporating key success metrics for tracking progress.
  • Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for diversity, equity, and inclusion outcomes throughout the organization.
  • Champion DEI through partnerships and work collaboratively throughout the business to create a cohesive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic DEI-related role, with a proven track record of aligning DEI initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate DEI concepts into tangible business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
