Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as the Coordinator Human Resources Operations. As a key member of our HR leadership group, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional employee experiences and ensuring high-quality HR services across our organisation.

About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will oversee the management of Council's annual training plan and budget, direct the Employment-Based Training Strategy (EBTS), and ensure the effective delivery of Council programs such as Work Experience, e-Learning, and Tertiary Education programs.

You will also be responsible for actively pursuing external funding opportunities to support Council initiatives, implementing best practices in recruitment to build diverse talent pipelines, and collaborating with HR Business Partners and management to address both current and future talent needs.

What You'll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you should bring a background in HR leadership, with experience managing teams and implementing Recruitment or Learning strategies. You should have excellent data analysis skills and a proven track record in fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Our Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of $105,000 per annum, plus superannuation. A vehicle arrangement will be made with the successful candidate, providing a fully maintained leaseback vehicle for business and private use.

Location:

This role is based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya, 2 Biripi Way, Taree. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.
