Estimated Salary Range: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per yearJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Systems Manager to join our HRIS Implementation team. As a key member of the team, you will lead the People Stream of our implementation, coordinating program activities and resources in partnership with the P&C team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the gathering of all HR/People program requirements
- Coordinate People processes to ensure accurate design
- Deliver key milestones in the People Stream
- Facilitate Solution Design within the P&C function
- Partner with our Test Lead to determine testing scope
- Support Program Management Office with other program tasks
- Liaise with People & Culture stakeholders on BAU Process documentation
- Guide project team members, provide status reports, identify risks, track issues, and escalate when necessary
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Hands-on experience in implementing HRIS solutions, preferably with Dayforce
- Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles from planning through execution and post-implementation support
- Strong project management skills, ideally with a certification such as PMP
- Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and management
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR data management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
