Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization. As an HR Generalist, you will implement a range of HR policies, procedures, and processes to support effective people management practices.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting labour hire management, and delivering administrative and support services. You will also source and compile HR information, identify and analyze emerging issues, and update and maintain HR records and databases.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to source and recruit contractors and staff and candidates for job vacancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and processes to support effective people management practices
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and support labour hire management
  • Deliver administrative and support services, including records management and HR correspondence
  • SOURCE and compile HR information and prepare documentation to communicate HR information and inform decision making
  • Identify and analyze emerging issues and trends related to employee lifecycle activities
  • Update and maintain HR records and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR in Australia
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Previous experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply chain, Storage, or similar industry in Australia
