About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tenement and Administration Officer to join our dynamic Property and Tenements team.

This role involves assisting the Tenement Specialist with tenement management and providing administrative support to the greater commercial team.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or be willing to obtain one, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Tenement Specialist with ensuring all tenement compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate records of tenement documents and status
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary applications and renewals
  • Monitor and report on tenement-related deadlines and obligations
  • Provide administrative assistance to the commercial team
  • Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

What You'll Bring

  • A relevant degree (or degree in progress) in Business Administration, Law, Environment, or related field, or a willingness to obtain one
  • Previous experience in tenement management or a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
