Highly Skilled Administration Support Officer

HOBAN Recruitment is a leading provider of administrative support services to government agencies and private sector organizations. We are currently seeking an experienced APS4 Level Administration Officer to join our team in NEWCASTLE NSW.
Estimated Salary: $43,820 per year (based on 37.5 hours per week)
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established organization that has a significant impact on society. As an APS4 Level Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our team, including managing emails, calendars, and appointments, researching and responding to general enquiries, coordinating meetings and preparing official documents, and assisting with project management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team email inbox, calendars, and appointments, ensuring adherence to priorities and timeframes.
- Research and respond to general enquiries, performing data analysis to support informed decisions.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting minutes and official documents.
- Assist in drafting written communications, managing databases, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Support project management activities to achieve timely and successful work outcomes.
