Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing key accounts in the FMCG space.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- A competitive salary package estimated to be between $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum.
