We are seeking a motivated and organized professional with 3-4 years of experience in accounting standards (IFRS/AASB) to join our team. As a key member, you will assist clients with understanding complex transactions, provide hands-on finance support, and implement sustainability reporting standards.

About the Role:
This role is perfect for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent who is passionate about finance, loves problem-solving, and wants to take their career to the next level. You will be working directly with Partners and Directors, building strong client relationships, producing high-quality deliverables, and identifying potential target clients.

The ideal candidate has a background in professional services (audit/assurance), strong report writing and communication skills, and a proven ability to build strong client relationships. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000 per annum, a 9-day fortnight initiative, funded professional membership, and study assistance.
