About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Quattro Project Engineering. As a key member of our Business Support Team, you will provide administrative support across all divisions of the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing inboxes, reception duties, and coordinating office supplies.
  • Manage office calls, redirecting and/or taking messages, and coordinate deliveries and mail distribution.
  • Assist with the coordination of office and building maintenance, and perform light maintenance tasks as required.
  • Support the Business Support Team with tasks such as monthly stocktakes, ordering merchandise, and maintaining PPE stock.
  • Enter requisitions and purchase orders for pre-employment and site requirements, and organize expense claims with employees.
  • Support the Accounts Officer as required, and assist with supplier setups and receiving purchase orders for stock.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Business Support Manager and Business Support Team.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of Year 12.
  • Minimum Cert IV Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry.
  • Accounts experience preferable but not essential.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Computer and data entry skills.
  • The ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
