Placing Heads Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a skilled Office Administrator to join our esteemed client in Prahran. This well-established Franchise network has created one of Australia's most loved brands, and we are seeking a talented individual to make their mark.
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to work in a modern, paperless office environment. As the first point of contact for clients and staff, you will be responsible for managing the front office, including petty cash control, stationary orders, and equipment maintenance.
You will also provide administration assistance to the Franchise Department, including data collation, franchise marketing materials, and email management. Additionally, you will be responsible for minutes of meetings and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of MYOB and/or XERO preferred but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly computer literate with intermediate Excel skills
- Problem solver
- Help grow the business on the admin side
- Exposure to Asana would be advantageous
- High ability to communicate effectively
- Flexible
- Positive, fun-filled attitude with a sense of humour
What We Offer
This permanent part-time role offers 4 full days a week, Monday to Thursday, with a competitive salary of $55,000 per annum. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
