Overview:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled administrative professional to join Bayside Group, a leading healthcare provider in Victoria. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Executive Director team, coordinating various administrative and reporting functions.

About the Role:

  • The Senior Administrative Coordinator will manage all administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the Executive Office.
  • Diary management and coordination of meetings, including agenda development, minutes, and action logs.
  • Effective communication and follow-up with managers to ensure timely delivery of reports and papers.
  • Creation and assistance with business documents, including letters and presentations, as well as mail management and response.
  • Support executive reporting for the Board of Directors, ensuring accuracy, formatting, and timely submission.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in personal administrative support, preferably at C-Suite level.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate work to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, with ability to learn other software applications as required.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with high integrity and confidentiality.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
