Job Description: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team based at our Croydon Office. The successful candidate will require flexibility to travel to and work from multiple Better Place Australia office locations regularly, including Cheltenham and Narre Warren. Some evening work until 8pm may be required.

  • Reception duties
  • Supporting practitioners
  • Greeting clients
  • Answering phone calls
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Payment management
  • Supporting senior administrative personnel with special projects
  • Maintenance of a professional office environment
  • Coordination of general office facilities
Key Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will possess demonstrated experience in a similar administrative and customer service-focused position, as well as a good understanding of computing concepts and well-developed written and verbal communication skills. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and other members of the public.

The appointee will be required to travel to and work from various Better Place locations, including Cheltenham, Broadmeadows, Oakleigh, Croydon, and Narre Warren as needed. Some evening work until 8:00pm may be required.

Cultural awareness and sensitivity to the needs of clients who may be experiencing challenging personal circumstances are essential.

Salary and Benefits:
