Claims Management Service Delivery Lead

DXC INT SVCS VIC PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Claims Management Service Delivery Lead to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a senior professional to lead our claims management service delivery, driving business improvement and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As part of our DXC Technology group of companies, you will leverage cutting-edge AI technology to implement innovative solutions and deliver customer-centric outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of claims management strategies, processes, and systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including our skilled Customer Service team.
- Analyse and interpret performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimise service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to implement business-wide system and process improvements.
- Proven people management experience at a senior level, including financial management and coaching.
- Experience analysing and interpreting statistical and performance-related data.
- Sound understanding of crucial agent remuneration drivers and workers' compensation insurance policy.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, training opportunities, and a dynamic work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
