We are seeking a skilled Senior Claims Specialist to join our team at 1602 DXC INT SVCS VIC PTY LTD.

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our claims management team. As a Senior Claims Specialist, you will manage a case load and the associated interventions required to achieve optimal outcomes for injured workers, employers, and DXC.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced claims, injury, and return-to-work management skills to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve case management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate successful returns to work.
- Liaise with medical and paramedical professionals to ensure accurate and timely assessments.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Significant experience in claims management, preferably in the Victorian workers' compensation scheme.
- Advanced organisational and planning skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package, we provide:
