Job Description


In this pivotal role as Service Delivery Excellence Manager at DXC Claims Management, you will spearhead performance improvement initiatives and collaborate with various departments to drive business objectives forward.



About You



  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in business or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to implement comprehensive system and process improvements across an organisation.
  • You boast proven people management expertise at a senior level, with financial management and analytical skills also being highly desirable.
  • You are skilled in strategic planning and execution, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have experience working with coaching and complaint management.
  • Bonus points if you have a sound understanding of Workers Compensation Insurance Policy, legislation, and associated compliance issues
