About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strata Business Development Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our network across NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the strata industry, leveraging your network and industry expertise to drive growth and revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand our network, and increase revenue.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend industry conferences, events, and charity days to promote our brand, build relationships, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear and timely communication of business updates and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in strata sales, property sales, or real estate sales, with a proven track record of business development and relationship management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the strata industry, including strata management, property sales, and real estate.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth.
