About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and presenting to owner corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the strata and residential apartments market
  • Nurture and maintain existing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Present to owner corporations and other key stakeholders
  • Maintain a high level of customer service skills and ensure excellent communication with clients
  • Use industry network to gain new clients and develop relationships
  • Attend industry conferences, events, and charity days to promote the brand
  • Manage incoming enquiries and navigate the CRM system

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in strata or sales, preferably in property, real estate, or strata
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to relate to people of all different ages, demographics, and backgrounds
