About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Business Development Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our network across NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand our business in the strata sector.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture existing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term growth and success.
  • Presentations: Present to owner corporations and other stakeholders to promote our services and build relationships.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service skills to ensure excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Industry Network: Use your industry network to gain new clients and develop relationships.
  • Event Attendance: Attend industry conferences, events, and charity days to promote our brand and build relationships.
  • Enquiry Management: Manage incoming enquiries and navigate our CRM system to enter all communication in the database.

Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in Strata or Sales, Property, Real Estate, or Strata.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously.
