Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand our business portfolio.

  • Client Engagement: Present to owner corporations, maintain a high level of customer service skills, and use industry network to gain new clients and develop relationships.

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage incoming enquiries, navigate our CRM system, and enter all communication in the database.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in Strata or Sales - Property, Real Estate, or Strata.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate to people of all different age, demographics, and backgrounds.
  • Attitude: Positive can-do attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
