About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strata Business Development Manager to join our team at Goughrecruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our network across NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the strata industry, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive growth and revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain existing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure strong partnerships and a positive reputation for Goughrecruitment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets, in collaboration with the management team.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations to owner corporations, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote our services and build relationships.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend industry conferences, events, and charity days to promote our brand, build relationships, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage incoming enquiries, navigate our CRM system, and enter all communication in the database.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in strata or sales, preferably in property, real estate, or strata.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate to people of all ages, demographics, and backgrounds.
  • Attitude and Skills: A positive can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
