About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Agent to join our team at Datacom.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing tier 2 resolutions and serving as a point of contact for our biggest clients.
You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
You will need to have at least 2 years of experience in level 1 technical support and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
