Job Title: Technical Account Specialist

The Technical Account Specialist at NetApp plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to internal and cross-functional teams, as well as end customers. This position combines strong relationship and technical competencies to maximize the value of NetApp solutions and minimize disruption to customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to deepen their trust in NetApp solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest NetApp technologies and industry trends to provide expert advice and support.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in a technical support or customer success role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of storage and/or virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
