We are seeking a driven and customer-centric individual to support our front of house operations at Place Estate Agents' James Street Office. As an Administrative Support and Operations Coordinator, you will be a pivotal member of our team, providing 6-star customer service to external and internal clients.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm. In addition to the corporate reception element, you will work closely with and as a support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

The successful candidate will have a bubbly, welcoming personality and strive to go above and beyond to continuously provide and improve customer experiences. Key responsibilities include greeting clients and colleagues, managing incoming calls efficiently, preparing and maintaining meeting rooms and communal areas, handling stock and stationery management, coordinating mail, and managing key sign-ins/outs.

You will also manage staff car parking accounts, order staff gifts, handle general HQ orders and supplies, liaise with property management for office maintenance, and handle printing and binding requests for all departments.

A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to leading the social club, including managing the Place HQ event calendar, staff events, birthdays, and parties, while managing cake orders and clean-up, and assisting with social club events, food orders, birthday messaging, and budget coordination with the CEO's EA.

Furthermore, you will provide ad hoc support to the CEO, including task assistance, meeting coordination, and research for reports and special projects. You will also assist with staff initiatives, such as ordering rewards, managing the book club, and supporting in customer satisfaction surveys, project management, and report creation.

To excel in this role, you will require a minimum of 12 months experience in a customer-facing role, high-level skills in CRM platforms, strong verbal and written communication skills, a confident and outgoing nature, very detailed orientation, high-level experience using Office 365, and professional presentation.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, a great team environment, ongoing training & events, subsidised gym membership with Total Fusion, and discounted parking rate.
