We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at our Labrador location.

About the Role:

  • This is a part-time contract position working 32.5 hours per week, from January to October 2025.
  • The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • You will be the face of our Early Years Centre, greeting clients and handling inquiries with finesse.
  • As the backbone of our team, you will take charge of coordinating meeting rooms, fleet vehicles, and maintenance tasks.
  • You will also exercise your organisational skills by ordering stationery and office supplies.
