Administrative Coordinator

At BESIX Watpac, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our Senior Executive. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering high-profile projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the Senior Executive's diary and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Screening and responding to incoming and outgoing communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling meetings and events, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating leadership team meetings, including catering and logistics.
- Processing accounts and invoices for signature.
- Managing expense claims and credit card reconciliations.
- Performing various administrative tasks as required.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a large national or international organisation.
- Demonstrated focus on timeliness, accuracy, and punctuality.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality reports and documents in a timely manner.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage shifting work priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in daily work.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
