The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef - Pastry to join our team, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, production, and menu implementation, driving innovation and excellence in every dish.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in high-end dining environments
- A relevant trade qualification, with a strong preference for French-trained or experienced professionals
- Proven ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Experience in leading, training, and developing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
