Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute dessert menus that delight our guests
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and exciting pastry offerings
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all pastry products
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in high-end dining operations
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for food and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above, Certificate 3 in Patisserie or equivalent
  • French training and fine dining experience an advantage
