Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute dessert menus that delight our guests
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and exciting pastry offerings
- Ensure high-quality standards in all pastry products
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in high-end dining operations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food and creating memorable guest experiences
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above, Certificate 3 in Patisserie or equivalent
- French training and fine dining experience an advantage
