Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to manage the operational administration of the Pioneer Park Museum.
This role exists to ensure efficient coordination of venue hire, retail operations, and administrative tasks, enhancing the museum's overall functionality and driving revenue through venue hire and improving the visitor experience.
About YouThe successful applicant will require a Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar and/or extensive associated experience working in an administrative role and a current Australian Class C driver licence.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a NSW Working with Children Check Clearance Number for employment screening purposes.
Job Description- Manage the operational administration of the Pioneer Park Museum
- Coordinate venue hire, retail operations, and administrative tasks
- Enhance the museum's overall functionality
- Drive revenue through venue hire
- Improve the visitor experience
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar
- Extensive associated experience working in an administrative role
- Australian Class C driver licence
- NW Working with Children Check Clearance Number
- 38 hours per week
- Ordinary hours of work may be spread from Monday to Sunday
- Salary and conditions: Commencement annual salary range from $62,831.46 to $69,113.17 (Grade 7) plus superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave each year
- 3 weeks sick leave each year
- 5 weeks Long Service Leave after 5 years
