Key Performance Officer

The Griffith City Council is a dynamic and proactive organization that values diversity and inclusion. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the role of Key Performance Officer - Museum Administration.
**Job Description:**
This position exists to manage the operational administration of the Pioneer Park Museum, ensuring efficient coordination of venue hire, retail operations, and administrative tasks. The successful applicant will enhance the museum's overall functionality, drive revenue through venue hire, and improve the visitor experience.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
The successful applicant will require a Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar and/or extensive associated experience working in an administrative role and a current Australian Class C driver licence.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a NSW Working with Children Check Clearance Number for employment screening purposes.
