As part of their continued growth, Baiada seeks a dedicated Support Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

The Role:

This role combines administrative responsibilities with a rotating roster, offering a dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for managing the flow of trucks and goods through the facility, ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the weighbridge to record weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles, maintaining accuracy and precision.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management of weighbridge software, supporting operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate vehicle movements in and out of the site, streamlining logistics.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and preparing reports, providing administrative support.
  • Liaise with drivers and other staff to ensure compliance with site regulations, promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team, fostering collaboration.
  • Experience in a similar role or in a busy administrative setting, with a proven track record.
  • Competence in computer systems, including MS Office, with proficiency in data management tools.
  • Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends if necessary, demonstrating adaptability.

Estimated Salary: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
