About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager to join our team at Perpetual Wealth Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading the delivery of organisational development frameworks and processes across key portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement priority organisational development solutions that drive business growth and success.
  • Manage external and internal reporting and governance of OD policy and practice to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the management of relevant external vendors and partners to support the delivery of OD strategic priorities.
  • Provide OD expertise, coaching, and consulting to the PWM leadership team and senior stakeholders to enhance their capabilities and performance.
  • Owning reporting and presenting to leadership teams and Boards across all OD portfolios to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
About You

We are looking for someone with a minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, specifically organisational development gained within a corporate or consulting environment. You should have a deep understanding of OD theories, practices, and trends, with a commercial application. Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
