About the Role

Adara Development is seeking a visionary leader to drive impact and knowledge sharing strategy across the organisation. As a key member of the Global Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in driving evidence-based decision making to ensure continuous improvement and excellence across Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) and Remote Community Development (RCD) programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic oversight and execution of the Research, Monitoring & Evaluation and Learning (RMEL), Knowledge Sharing, Clinical Support, and Risk and Sustainability functions.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and capacity building across all teams.
  • Strategic and programmatic support to clinical, M&E and knowledge sharing teams.
  • Key insights to ensure impact, quality, best practice and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in programme management, and in research, measurement and evaluation methodologies formed within public health, international development, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into action.
  • Skilled at engaging others in your vision and working collaboratively to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across a range of geographic regions.
  • A track record of successfully managing large-scale development programs and initiatives.
  • Expertise in designing, conducting, and analysing research.
