Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Director to join our team. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead the annual business planning process and financial modelling, collaborating with finance teams to understand key business value drivers
  • Oversee complex, cross-functional projects that contribute significantly to business growth
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams to embed strategic and commercial best practices
  • Build strong relationships internally and with external partners to drive strategic outcomes and support key decisions

What You Bring to the Role:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategy, commercial, or deals roles, such as within consulting firms, investment management, or investment banking
  • Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's 5 Forces, Ansoff Matrix, SWOT) and inductive/deductive reasoning
  • Advanced financial modelling and project evaluation skills, including NPV, IRR, and cashflow analysis
  • Proven ability to craft and deliver high-quality presentations and business documents tailored to various audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple strategic initiatives effectively
  • A track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams
  • A high level of accuracy and initiative in work
  • Ability to handle sensitive commercial and strategic matters discreetly

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
