Strategic Partnership Growth Lead

At Cashrewards, we're seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Growth Lead to drive our company's growth by developing and integrating strategic partnerships that embed Cashrewards into partner product experiences.
Job OverviewThis 12-month contract role involves playing a critical part in driving company growth through strategic partnerships. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and partners to innovate and evolve our integration capabilities, creating seamless experiences through continuous optimisation and new feature development.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills to lead strategic partner discussions, balancing short-term business priorities with long-term opportunities. You'll be responsible for delivering scalable, repeatable Partner Product that enables future growth, while articulating and validating technical requirements with both partners and engineering teams.
Your Focus- Become a subject matter expert for the Partner Product, able to discuss customer experience and tech capabilities.
- Define Cashrewards' Partner Product long-term strategy and roadmap that aligns with our growth area and broader product strategy & roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to launch, drive engagement, and enhance new and existing strategic partnerships, managing cross-team dependencies.
We're looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders and external partners.
- Technical proficiency to validate and articulate technical requirements for Partner Product integrations.
- Strong prioritisation skills to balance short-term business priorities with longer-term strategic opportunities.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, turning insights into actions, influencing others, and taking ownership of decisions and outcomes.
