About the Role
- Support the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational growth.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and guide senior leadership in effective action planning.
- Promote a positive organisational culture through our internal listening strategy and recognition programs.
- Support with the design and deliver of leadership development initiatives, including the People Leaders Forum and Leader Programs.
- Support the development of THE ICONIC's Leadership Learning Strategy.
- Support with the design and implementation of the performance review process and support the business in developing a high performance culture.
- Implement a talent management framework to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Develop succession plans to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Review and re-launch THE ICONIC's Learning Management Platform (LMS).
- Collaborate with senior leadership and P&C to identify key improvement areas and manage relationships with external vendors to maximise value in supporting strategic goals.
- Influence and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels of the business.
- Use data-driven insights to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and improve outcomes.
- Prepare reports for senior management on employee engagement, compliance, and development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic planning and implementation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
- Experience managing employee engagement programmes, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition initiatives.
- A solid background in leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Superior communication skills with the ability and adaptability to tailor to suit audience needs and get the best outcomes.
- Ability to build solid stakeholder relationships and be a trusted advisor.
- Successfully manage multiple, time-critical priorities with a sense of urgency, high level of professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Experience in successfully managing key projects and initiatives.
