Responsibilities
  • Coordinate corporate events and functions across various national sporting stadiums, venues, and racing events.
  • Work closely with our racing & sports industry partnerships and VIP customer groups to deliver exceptional events experiences.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless event execution, from planning to delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative background with experience in coordinating multiple events and stakeholders.
  • Excellent Excel skills for reporting, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Experience in arranging corporate events in an enterprise environment (large company).
  • Demonstrated understanding of purchase orders, supplier management, and procurement processes.
  • Passion for racing and sports.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced role.

Salary Range

AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
