Event Executive Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a knack for coordinating events that leave a lasting impression? We're seeking a skilled Event Executive to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of corporate events, from planning to execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless events.
  • Monitor and improve event processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and guests.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as hospitality or events management.
  • Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in a hospitality or gaming industry setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Valid RSA certification and knowledge of NSW Liquor Licensing laws and regulations.
