Senior Corporate Access Event Coordinator
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Access Event Coordinator to join our team at Anton Murray Consulting. As a key member of our global corporate access team, you will be responsible for organizing and executing various events, including research roadshows, corporate roadshows, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and coordinate domestic research roadshows, including managing dates and calendars, creating invitations, and handling logistics.
- Plan and execute offshore non-deal and deal roadshows, both in-person and virtually or hybrid.
- Manage results season logistics, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
- Coordinate corporate roadshows, both in-person and virtually.
- Arrange internal and client-facing events, such as company desk briefings, industry expert events, research analyst briefings, and relationship-building events.
- Liaise with offshore teams and communicate conference details to local sales teams.
- Manage domestic conferences, including venues, contracts, keynote speakers, and corporate meeting management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude, able to work autonomously and as part of a global team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with client tracking and event databases is a plus.
- Understanding of virtual event platforms.
- CORPORATE ACCESS experience or an events & marketing professional from within the financial industry.
- Good understanding of global markets and working within a large financial company.
The salary for this role is between $125,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus superannuation, paid on a day rate of $450-580 per day.
