Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Events Coordinator to join our team at Red Bull.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional events and experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and event management, with excellent planning and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Coordinate and plan events from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and grow existing relationships.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of event coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Travel and Logistics: Manage travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and/or event management.
  • Strong industry knowledge and network.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to work Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
