About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, responsible for coordinating all events and functions in our corporate suites across national sporting stadiums, venues, and key racing events.

Job Description

This dynamic Admin role involves bringing people together to indulge their passion for sports and racing. You will work within an awesome team in our Sydney office and across various business units to ensure we are looking after our industry cohorts & VIP's.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating all events and functions in our corporate suites
  • Working with our racing & sports industry partnerships & VIP customer groups
  • Ensuring seamless event execution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong Admin background with experience in coordinating lots of moving parts, people, and process
  • Excellent Excel skills for reporting, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Experience in arranging corporate events in an Enterprise environment (large company)
  • Demonstrated understanding of purchase orders, supplier management & procurement processes
  • Your passion for racing & sports
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced role
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
