Job Title: Corporate Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Events Coordinator to join our team at Stryker Australia Pty Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced events professional to coordinate corporate events, including web-based meetings, in-person seminars, and conferences. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship management skills, and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Working with internal stakeholders on event requirements
  • Collaborating and managing relationships with external stakeholders
  • Managing events end-to-end, including venue sourcing and booking, invitations, ordering equipment, and onsite management
  • On-site delivery, post-event follow-up, and event reporting
  • Coordinating and reporting on financial status of meetings and events
Requirements
  • Demonstrated skill and experience in event planning
  • Qualifications in event management or related field
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical knowledge of webcasting platforms
  • Flexible work schedule, including early mornings, nights, and occasional weekends
