About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with Mid-Market customers (200-1000 employees) at Culture Amp, a leading company in Australia. You will work closely with an amazing team that is continuing to grow rapidly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective customer success strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with CPOs, Heads of People, and CEOs for strategic customer conversations.
  • Enable customers to maximize the value of our platform and provide domain expertise in people and culture.

**About the Compensation Package:**
